Frontend Developer

Build the interfaces enterprise teams use to configure, monitor, and trust AI agents. You'll work in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, turning complex agent workflows — approvals, escalations, audit trails — into interfaces that operators actually understand.

What you'll do

  • Ship production features across our agent console and product surfaces in Next.js and TypeScript
  • Build data-dense dashboards for agent runs, approvals, and audit trails
  • Own component quality — accessibility, performance, and design-system consistency
  • Collaborate with design and backend to turn agent workflows into clear operator UX

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years building production web apps with React and TypeScript
  • Strong grasp of modern Next.js (App Router, server components) and Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with data visualization or real-time UIs is a plus
  • Care about the details — spacing, states, latency, edge cases

Backend Developer

Design the systems that let AI agents read from and write back to enterprise systems of record — SAP, Salesforce, Oracle — safely. You'll build the APIs, queues, and policy layers that make closed-loop automation trustworthy at scale.

What you'll do

  • Design and build APIs and services powering agent orchestration and write-back
  • Build robust integrations with ERPs and CRMs without moving customer data
  • Implement policy, permissioning, and audit layers for agent actions
  • Own reliability — idempotency, retries, observability, and incident response

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years building backend services in Node.js, Python, or Go
  • Solid experience with relational databases, queues, and event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (REST, OData, webhooks) is a plus
  • Bias for boring, reliable systems over clever ones

AI Engineer

Build the agents themselves. You'll work at the frontier of LLM tooling — multi-step agent loops, tool use, retrieval, memory, and evaluation — and make them robust enough to run inside a manufacturing month-end close, not just a demo.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship agentic workflows: planning, tool use, memory, and escalation
  • Build evaluation harnesses that measure agent reliability on real enterprise tasks
  • Tune retrieval and grounding over customer data via our Enterprise Data Bridge
  • Work with frontier model APIs and keep the stack current as capabilities evolve

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered products — agents, RAG, or tool-use pipelines
  • Strong Python or TypeScript engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with evals, prompt engineering, and failure-mode analysis
  • Pragmatism: you measure before you optimize, and ship before you polish

Data Scientist

Turn messy enterprise data into the signal our agents run on. You'll analyze customer datasets across finance and field operations, define the metrics that prove agent ROI, and build the models that catch anomalies before customers do.

What you'll do

  • Analyze enterprise datasets (AR, ERP, field ops) to drive agent design decisions
  • Define and instrument ROI and reliability metrics for deployed agents
  • Build anomaly detection and forecasting models on customer workflows
  • Communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in data science or analytics with strong SQL and Python
  • Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or anomaly detection
  • Comfort working with imperfect, real-world enterprise data
  • Ability to translate analysis into product and business decisions
